Itinerary Program

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley (353 km)

The tour starts at 08:30 AM with pick-up from your riad or hotel in Marrakech.

Drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n'Tichka Pass, with several stops to enjoy panoramic views and take photos at the highest point (2,260 meters above sea level).

Pass through traditional Berber villages along the way.

Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for world-renowned movies and series such as Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Babel, Prince of Persia, and Game of Thrones.

Free time to explore the kasbah and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Morocco, where we visit the Taourirt Kasbah and pass by the film studios.

In the afternoon, drive along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs and through the Valley of Roses in Kalaat M'Gouna.

Arrival in the Dades Valley in the evening.

Dinner and overnight in a comfortable hotel or riad.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga (275 km)

After breakfast, depart toward Tinghir with panoramic stops overlooking palm oases and Berber villages.

Visit the impressive Todra Gorges, a dramatic canyon with rock walls rising up to 300 meters high, where you will have time to walk and take photos.

Continue through Erfoud toward Merzouga.

Upon arrival, meet your camels and begin a memorable trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Stop on top of a high dune to enjoy the breathtaking sunset.

Arrival at the desert camp in the heart of the Sahara, where you will be welcomed with traditional mint tea.

Dinner, Berber drum music, and a magical evening around the campfire under a star-filled sky.

Overnight in a desert camp (standard or luxury tent, depending on selection).

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Draa Valley – Agdz (or Ouarzazate) (≈260 km)

Early morning to watch the sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp.

Leave the desert and head to Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet, with an optional visit to its traditional market.

Continue through Alnif and scenic desert landscapes before reaching the lush Draa Valley, Morocco's longest river valley, famous for its vast palm groves and ancient kasbahs.

Along the way, stop to explore local villages and visit the historic Kasbah of Tamnougalt near Agdz.

Arrival in Agdz (or Ouarzazate, depending on availability), free time to relax.

Dinner and overnight in a hotel or riad.

Day 4: Agdz – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech (≈310 km)

After breakfast, continue driving along the Draa Valley before heading back toward Ouarzazate for a short stop.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains again via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, with breaks for photos and rest along the way.

Lunch on the road (optional).

Arrival in Marrakech in the late afternoon or evening.

Drop-off at your accommodation, and end of the tour.
